Our coffees are micro roasted in extremely small
batches.Like fine estate wines from
small wineries, each of our coffees have unique
characteristics.All our coffees are
from protected estates, and are Certified Organic Coffee, free from the
use of herbicides.We pay an added
premium to ensure that our coffee is not only organic, but Fair Trade
and Shade
Tree Certified as well as being sanctioned by the Smithsonian Institute as
bird friendly.

from Ethiopian (Yirgacheffe) and Costa Rican (Doka) estates produces a highly complex coffee that is fitting

A unique blend of fine estate coffees, designed
specifically for Espresso machines.These
coffees produce a rich Espresso, thick crema, as well

with steamed water, weíve taken this bean and had our roaster roast it to out

touched with accents of organic hazelnut creme and
buttery vanilla to create a lovely aroma while still allowing the complexities
of this estate Arabica to be sensed.
